Return Policy
Your satisfaction is very important to us.
Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original Pearlomantic JEWELRY packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please email service@pearlomantic.com with the subject line "Returns" and include your order number, name, and reason for the return.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We strongly recommend that customers obtain proof of postage when returning items, as Pearlomantic is not responsible for packages lost in transit during return shipping.
Please note: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items.

Non-Returnable Items
Pearlomantic does not accept returns in the following cases:
- The brand tag has been removed
- The item is not returned in its original condition, including items that have been worn, scratched, damaged, or returned without original packaging
- The item is an earring, due to hygiene reasons, unless it is defective upon arrival
- The item is custom-made, including special orders or personalized items
- The item is returned outside the 7-day return window
- The item was purchased on sale

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or not.
If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
