Shipping Time

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in California.

Average shipping time within the United States is 3–6 business days.

Average shipping time to Canada is 7–14 business days. Please note that all Canada parcels are shipped in simplified packaging by default. If you require gift box packaging, please contact our customer service immediately after placing your order and include your request in the order notes.

Order Processing

We understand you are excited to receive your order. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing after payment confirmation. All items go through a quality control inspection before shipment.

If inaccurate or incomplete address information is provided, or if there are unverified details associated with your order, we may need to contact you before processing. This may require an additional 1–2 business days. We encourage all customers to carefully review their shipping and billing information before checkout to help avoid possible delays.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided at checkout once your order has been placed.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow 1–4 days for tracking updates to appear.

Returns & Refunds

By placing an order with Pearlomantic, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Pearlomantic. Please refer to our Return Policy for further information on how to return your package.
